Alien Goddess Intense by Mugler

The original Alien perfume is a Jasmine explosion with amber and cashmere, but this flanker adds creamy vanilla and coconut to the mix. After months of being out of stock on Sephora's website, it's finally mine.

Layering Suggestion:

Alien Goddess Intense and Safanad (Parfums de Marly).

Note Breakdown:

Top notes are Coconut and Bergamot; middle notes are Jasmine and Jasmine Tea; base notes are Vanilla, Benzoin and Cashmere Wood.

Flam by Memo Paris

I do not recommend blind buying perfumes, but this was a win. If Alien by Mugler felt too bold for you, Flam is a softer take on jasmine. Jasmine grounded with sage, woods, musk, and an airy vanilla. Elegant and perfect for the office.

Layering Suggestion:

Flam and Jardins de Misfah (Une Nuit Nomade).

Note Breakdown:

Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper by Kayali

The ultimate sweet and spicy rose. Kayali was the perfume house that first inspired me to start layering and I will always love them for that. Out of my entire Kayali collection, this is the one that gets the most compliments.

Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper and Deja Vu White Flower (Kayali).

Top notes are Pink Pepper, Saffron, Bergamot and Royal Lily; middle notes are Bulgarian Rose, May Rose, Vanilla Orchid and Magnolia; base notes are Amber, Sandalwood, Patchouli and Musk.
